What Do You Need To Know To Give Me A Quote?
When you request a quote from us, our team will ask a series of questions about your event or venue and how you would like us to provide our service.
It’s important that we know things like:
- What kind of security service you need, where and for how long?
- Who will be attending?
- Is alcohol being served?
- Is the venue restricted access?
- Is entry-point screening required?
- What items are not allowed in the venue?
- Who will be managing the security staff on-site?
- Will there be staff or volunteers working on-site?
- In what circumstances will patrons be removed and who will do it?
We will also undertake a site inspection wherever possible. Ensuring we have all the relevant information will allow us to quote accurately for your event.
Will your quote include all expenses?
Yes. Our quote will cover all our staff wages and entitlements as well as related expenses and any other services that we have agreed to provide. It will also include a fee schedule for any unexpected services or overtime we are requested to provide.
What preparation do you do for new events or venues?
As well as a site visit and a meeting with our clients and key staff, we undertake a range of planning activities including security staff briefings, risk management plans, work health and safety management plans, and site safety standards and procedures. Our staff will be fully prepared when they arrive for their shift.
What qualifications do your staff have?
Our staff are highly-trained and hold dual security and crowd control licences as a minimum. Our staff also have Ochre cards (working with children checks) and police clearances.
Senior members of our team have qualifications in law, risk management, security operations, traffic control, correctional practices, mental health first aid, and workplace health and safety. Armoured staff have firearms licences and relevant training.
Do you do private events?
Yes, our team are available to provide security at private events.
Can you do large events?
Yes. We have a lot of experience providing security services to large public events including the Darwin Festival, Mindil Beach Markets, Arafura Games and football games at TIO stadium.
We have partnerships with other security companies to ensure we can meet staffing requirements.
Can you provide armoured security for valuables or cash?
Yes. We have a secure cash and valuables transit service.
Is back-up available on-site if there is an incident?
Yes. Other staff on duty in the area can be deployed quickly if required with off-duty qualified staff able to respond promptly as needed. We also have an excellent relationship with NT Police who can assist in the event of an incident.
Can you brief our staff and volunteers?
Yes. We are happy to meet and discuss our security services with your staff and volunteers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
